An Island of Chocolates in an Ocean of Ice Cream
by Vaarya Rupani
Once upon a time there was a boy named Amit. He was a lazy and greedy boy. He never studied for his exams and always scored less marks. He had already failed two times and had repeated class 5 twice! One day his parents got really fed up and could not bear it anymore. They all went to the principal and sought her advice. She too was a little surprised as she thought Amit was really a wonderful student. After sometime the principal said "I think you should take Amit for a holiday. Maybe a change would be good for him and he might start responding to studies." They all discussed for about an hour and agreed to go for a holiday.

The very next day Amit and his family went to 'The island of Chocolates which is surrounded by the Ocean of Ice Cream'! You might be wondering why all the people who went there did not eat chocolates and ice cream...so let me tell you...if you eat a piece of chocolate or take a bite of the ice-cream you will be frozen to death as everything was very cold from the inside !!

They went in a ship to the island and that day Amit was really overjoyed to see all the things made up of chocolate. The trees, grass, buildings, toys, everything was of chocolate except the people. Amit stayed there for a week and as you know he was very greedy and wanted to eat all the chocolates. Despite knowing he might be frozen to death he ate big bites of chocolates from a nearby tree when his parents were not looking and a cup of ice-cream even though he was feeling very cold.

Now I am sure you all are thinking what happened to Amit. Well! He did not die neither did he freeze but he got a very bad cold and high fever and he was shivering!! His parents were very worried and they had to go back that very day for a check-up at the clinic. Amit had learnt a good lesson as he could not stay and enjoy for some more days on the island because of his greed.
