Poems
Diwali
by Ankita Panda

Diwali : The Festival of Lights

The D in Diwali is for the Divine blessings of gods,
The I stands for the Interesting gifts we all get,
W means the Wonderful sparkling crackers we burn,
And A is for the awesome shopping we all do.
L in Diwali represents Lights – bright and colorful.
And finally I is for the Irresistible mithai, masti and magic.

Diwali is the queen of festivals and my favorite too,
I adore and love Diwali and I guess so do you.
