Beautiful Butterfly

Colorful, beautiful butterfly,
    flies in the air
Those who try to catch her
    can do it rare.
It sits on the flower,
    and swings in the air.
If one tries to touch her
    she goes into her lair.
It sucks the nectar from the flower
    pollination is right there
It helps you experience nature
    and stirs your imagination
The beautiful, colorful butterfly
    comes from a larva
Caterpillar is the mother of butterfly
    which creates the larva
Butterfly, butterfly you are so sweet
    But alas you will be just there till it is night.
